Develop your own yoga practice that suits your own body and temperament drawing on the full spectrum of yoga from meditation to dynamic flow.
Yin yoga: 4.00-5.30pm Wednesdays at Triyoga in Primrose Hill
This class is open to everyone from beginners to yoga teachers
• relax and restore your energy reserves
• gain greater awareness of your anatomy
• Improve flexibility in the joints by holding floor based poses between 4 and 10 minutes with rest between each pose.
• Blankets and pillows safely pad the joints to help them open.
• Includes craniosacral principles
• A silent half hour at the end of class with an optional seated meditation
Yoga Therapy
• Yoga therapy is a very methodical and slow approach involving yogic breathing, and prescriptive yoga poses adapted to your needs.
• If you are unsure of attending an open class because of a pre-exisiting condition, yoga therapy lets you understand what poses harm and what will heal.
Pregnancy Yoga
• Physically prepare your body to enjoy your pregnancy more and birth 'lightly'
• Ward off and treat common pregnancy ailments.
