

Cranioyoga is a private yoga class set to a level that suits your needs and mood of that particular day with a craniosacral treatment at the end.
Cranioyoga is an effective tool to promote your body's strength, flexibility and self repair. There should be a minimum of 20 minutes allocated to table work in cranioyoga although 45 minutes to 60 minutes is ideal.
