Resources

The questions 'what brings you more enjoyment of life' and 'where in you body feels well'  can stump most people who have health issues and have had to focus so long on what is going wrong than right.

Hobbies, a song, a poem, an old memory, getting enough rest, a particular holiday, a favourite soup (and remembering to cook it!), a walk in the park, food with friends, sea salts in the bath, whatever nurtures you into a more joyful place all help strengthen you emotionally in turn helping the healing process.

The health in your body that is there beneath any ill health and the activities in your life that lift your spirits are referred to as resources in craniosacral therapy.

Part of craniosacral therapy is to keep supporting you to strenghten your resources as a way of maintaining health.

Singing lessons

A great way for most people to change their mood and create a 'hook of delight' is to sing. Often Tanya hears her clients say how nice it would be but are too shy or tone deaf a singer to try. If this sounds like you and would prefer to turn singing from a fear into a pleasure contact Tanya's husband, Alphy a talented singing coach who also teaches the harmonica to adults and children. He has had great success with getting people to be much more confident with their voice.

At their home they are used to people coming for a craniosacral therapy sessions followed by a singing class!
