Tanya Goodman Bailey is a registered craniosacral therapist and yoga teacher who lives with her husband in north London.

Whilst reading Michael Kern's book Wisdom In the Body,
she decided to follow a three year training in the biodynamic approach with Michael at the Craniosacral Therapy Eduactional Trust in London and since qualifying in 2007 attends annual postgraduate training.

A background as a full time yoga teacher to people from all walks of life, Tanya has studied many forms of yoga. Her main influences are people taught by Vanda Scaravelli, Shadow Yoga and the work of Dr Francoise Freedman, the founder of Birthlight, who trained her in Well woman, pregnancy yoga and baby yoga.

Tanya now teaches just one public class to focus on craniosacral therapy and her other projects which include:-

founding research on craniosacral therapy for people diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

designing a self healing course using craniosacral priniciples for new parents

running a low-cost clinic for babies with birth trauma, colic and sleeping difficulties.

For fun she is co-writing a screenplay and for charity she is helping organise 31Thirtyone - Matt Humphrey's photographic challenge of 31 well known actors and directors in as many days to raise money for National Crohns and Colitis UK (NACC)
